Mr. Carlos Garcia Rodriguez leads Turner & Townsend’s Data Centre Portfolio in Asia, having delivered over 250MW of capacity worldwide. An IT Engineer from Spain, he began his career in data centre design before moving to Southeast Asia. Over the years, he has managed diverse projects globally—from colocation and research facilities to hyperscale data centres—covering design, project management, controls, and regional leadership. Specialising in mission-critical infrastructure, Carlos combines deep technical expertise with proven leadership trusted by clients.

Prof. Ir. Resdiansyah is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in transportation and smart infrastructure. He is a Senior Advisor to the President’s Office and VP of Intelligent Transportation System Indonesia. From 2022–2024, he led transportation division for the Nusantara Capital Authority. He was also an advisor to Ministry of Transportation and Jakarta’s transport agencies, having completed over 50 projects across Asia and Europe and numerous publications on intelligent transport and infrastructure.

Malaysia East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) Project – Chief Engineer
Mr. Tony Zhu is a seasoned civil engineer with over 18 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure construction, currently serving as Chief Engineer on the Malaysia East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project. He holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Shenyang Jianzhu University and is a certified Senior Engineer and Project Manager in China.
His expertise spans tunnel construction, large-span bridges, deep-water foundations, precast and cast-in-situ structures, and advanced formwork systems. Tony has published over 10 technical papers in leading Chinese engineering journals and holds 3 invention patents and 9 utility model patents. His research contributions have earned multiple national awards, including honors from the China Construction Enterprise Association and China Communications Construction.

Ar. Saifuddin Ahmad, Principal of Saifuddin Architect and Managing Director of SNO Architects, is President of ARCASIA (2024–2025) and a Past President of PAM. An award-winning architect behind Malaysia’s pioneering Low Energy Office (LEO) Building, he has been honored with the ASEAN Energy Award, MCIEA Best Major Building Project Award, and international fellowships from AIA, AIAU, and ASA. Prof. Neil Thomas MBE

Prof. Neil Thomas is the Director and Founder of Atelier One, one of the UK’s most innovative engineering firms. The practice undertakes large-scale material research and implementation, often advising major consultancies. Fascinated by bamboo, he helped design the Arc Building and is often known as the world’s most intriguing engineer.
His global contributions on sustainable design have earned him numerous accolades including the Royal Designer for Industry and Honorary RIBA Fellow (2014), Fellowship of the Institution of Structural Engineers (2015), an MBE (2016), the IABSE Milne Medal (2019), and the SEWC Ronald Sharpe Medal (2025).

Steven is also active in academia, collaborating with institutions including Harvard GSD and UCL Bartlett.
